Responsibilities

Drive the architecture, development, and production of embedded AI software stacks on Linux-based RISC-V AI hardware.
Lead the design and development of an end-to-end Linux SDK, including board support packages, kernel drivers, and developer tooling.
Lead firmware and operating-system bring-up, optimize neural-network acceleration, and bridge SoC hardware with production AI frameworks.
Establish automated testing frameworks, system observability, and continuous SDK integration and performance-regression testing.
Drive technical consensus across functions without direct authority and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.

BS or MS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field; an MS is preferred.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, hardware architecture, Linux-based SDKs, ML systems, or related fields.
Track record of technical leadership and deep expertise in CPU and SoC architecture, memory hierarchies, Linux, open-source software development, and power management.
Experience understanding the interaction between CPU/SoC systems and AI/ML workloads.
Familiarity with AI compiler infrastructure such as MLIR-based toolchains, IREE, TVM, TFLite, or equivalent.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, written communication, and ability to calibrate technical depth for different audiences.
