Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate software components according to specifications.
- Contribute to component and system testing, identify issues, and collaborate on fixes.
- Follow software development best practices, including Agile methods and CI/CD processes.
- Assist with asset creation and ongoing project development activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Apply security, reliability, and compliance considerations throughout development and testing.
- Participate in learning and improvement activities to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
Requirements
- Be actively enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program at a four-year college or university during the internship.
- Have a GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Be available for a full-time 12-week internship.
- Have proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Have experience or knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, front-end development, CI/CD, software vulnerability management, and secure coding practices.
- Be familiar with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Sonar, and Helm.
- Understand security, IT security, compliance requirements, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
- Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
