Base Salary
$176k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for claims management systems.
- Provide architectural leadership and guide strategic platform decisions.
- Deliver scalable, reliable, and well-tested solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for technical alignment.
- Drive platform innovation through AI adoption and automation.
- Mentor team members and lead code and design reviews.
- Explain design trade-offs and decisions effectively.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems.
- Experience in insurance, claims management, or workflow orchestration is a plus.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end products and platforms.
- Strong reasoning skills regarding system design trade-offs.
- Experience driving AI adoption or automation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python; knowledge of React/Next.js is a plus.
- Experience with data processing frameworks like Spark and Kafka.
- Strong oral and written interpersonal skills.
