Responsibilities
- Develop AI-enabled software solutions using Python and application software for client delivery workstreams.
- Design, code, test, debug, and optimize applications while considering system development, data flow, and user experience.
- Apply AI-human collaboration methods and translate complex requirements into technical designs for sustainability-focused initiatives.
- Build and refine React Native components and other features for mobile and cross-platform delivery.
- Interpret data and technical feedback to inform recommendations, prioritization, and future development.
- Support client relationships by communicating progress and contributing to dependable delivery.
- Review code and mentor junior team members on programming practices, development standards, and technical problem-solving.
- Manage assigned workstreams and develop the judgment and technical skills to guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least four years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Preferred qualifications include six years of software development experience and one year of experience leading developers.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with AI-driven user interfaces in Angular or React is preferred.
- Understanding of LLMs and vector databases is preferred.
- Experience with data or machine-learning frameworks and tools is preferred.
- Cloud Architecture certification in GCP, Azure, or AWS is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, cloud-native patterns, and observability and telemetry for AI applications is preferred.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build client relationships, and mentor junior teammates is preferred.
