Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain simple to moderately complex applications and procedures.
- Integrate campus and library applications with vendor and internally developed applications.
- Provide data and reporting capabilities in response to requests.
- Collaborate with Library IT staff and stakeholders to identify needs and define system requirements.
- Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting for Library application systems.
- Interact with vendor partners through defined methods as needed.
- Apply development, documentation, security, and accessibility best practices.
- Research technologies and industry trends that may improve software solutions for Library services.
