Base Salary
$70k - $86k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-quality Python code for QIS platform analytics, controls, monitoring, and workflow automation.
- Build scalable data pipelines and validation frameworks for live environments.
- Contribute to AI/ML initiatives involving intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, signal identification, and control-process automation.
- Design automated checks, dashboards, and observability frameworks, and investigate data or production anomalies.
- Support onboarding of strategies, features, datasets, and analytical capabilities as well as re-platforming and modernization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, developer tooling, platform resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and coordinate with Trading, Structuring, Model Quants, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong Python skills and experience delivering production-grade solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning in production or advanced prototyping.
- Experience with modern data platforms, cloud, or distributed systems.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience building monitoring, observability, or automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with systematic strategies, quantitative finance, or front office platforms.
- A proven track record of moving solutions from prototype to production or mentoring others.
- Ability to work across technical and business domains with end-to-end ownership and sound judgment around policies, risk standards, and ethical AI use.
