Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack systems using React and Ruby on Rails.
- Build complex Hiring Assistant features end-to-end from ideation through production.
- Develop AI-driven hiring experiences involving screening, matching, and automation.
- Integrate AI and LLM tools, agents, and automation frameworks into the product and engineering workflow.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to system design, performance, scalability, code quality, testing, and engineering velocity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience, with Ruby on Rails and React strongly preferred.
- Ability to design and deliver complex systems end-to-end.
- Strong experience with APIs, distributed systems, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience retooling workflows with AI and measuring impact, consistent with a mid/senior individual contributor role.
- Hands-on experience or strong curiosity with LLMs, AI agents, or automation tooling.
- Strong product mindset and ability to work with ownership and speed in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to collaborate in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Preferred experience includes AI-powered or workflow automation products, hiring/HR or marketplace products, and event-driven systems or microservices.
