Base Salary
$117k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve DevSecOps pipelines supporting build, test, security, release, and deployment activities.
- Standardize and automate the software development lifecycle across development, integration, and production-like environments.
- Support cloud and on-premises platform operations, deployment automation, troubleshooting, patching, and reliability improvements.
- Integrate automated security scanning, policy checks, secrets handling, secure-by-default patterns, and least-privilege behavior into delivery workflows.
- Develop infrastructure as code, configuration management, repeatable environment provisioning, logging, monitoring, and operational visibility solutions.
- Design and improve AI services, APIs, workflow components, agentic workflows, LLM tool-use patterns, enterprise integrations, and policy guardrails.
- Improve testing, evaluation, observability, traceability, auditability, and runtime diagnostics for AI-enabled workflows and model-assisted outputs.
- Mentor peers and collaborate with software, cyber, infrastructure, operations, and program teams.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, graduate degree with 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with CI/CD, build, release, test automation, platform engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps in a software environment.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Java.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
- Experience with Linux administration or cloud-hosted environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, containerization, or orchestration.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating across software, infrastructure, operations, and security teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation, AI-assisted software delivery, ML platform support, or integrating AI/ML services into engineering workflows.
- Preferred experience includes MCP integrations, agent frameworks, application or supply-chain security, container and platform technologies, observability and AI evaluation pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Agile or Scrum, and classified or mission-critical environments.
