Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD.
- Implement GitOps principles for infrastructure and application delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform and Helm.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of production systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Monitor system health and performance using observability tools.
- Implement best practices for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Drive initiatives for cost optimization and system hardening.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or CI/CD pipeline design.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code principles and tools like Terraform.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub CI.
- Expertise in GitOps workflows and tools like FluxCD.
- Solid understanding of observability practices including metrics and logging.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
