Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own a defined piece of team software with accountability for its outcome.
- Work directly with engineers, technicians, and test crews to identify needs and build useful tools.
- Ship code during the first week and deliver a tool in daily use by the end of the first month.
- Use AI agents as coding partners and design interfaces for both agents and humans.
- Iterate rapidly by identifying problems, fixing them, and moving to the next challenge.
Requirements
- Have shipped software used by real users or built important systems for a club, lab, or similar setting.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, and comfort working without detailed guidance or established playbooks.
- Be excited to learn hardware and work directly with test crews, machinists, technicians, and factory teams.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high expectations from the first day.
- Be eligible to access export-controlled information under applicable U.S. export control laws as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or person eligible to obtain required authorizations.
