Responsibilities

Define and drive the architecture, design, and technical direction of complex software platforms throughout the development lifecycle.
Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, secure, reusable, and fit-for-purpose platform solutions.
Develop high-level platform specifications focused on integration, performance, quality, maintainability, cybersecurity, resilience, and scalability.
Lead architectural discussions, guide technical decisions, and coach architects, software engineers, and platform engineers.
Plan, review, and supervise architecture quality, implementation quality, testing activities, and technical governance.
Define modular architectures, reusable components, and platform capabilities for future products and projects.
Use AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency, software quality, architecture decisions, testing, and engineering productivity.
Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to shape platform strategy and future product generations.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Several years of experience in software development, software architecture, and platform engineering.
Experience with technologies such as C, C#, Java, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
Expert knowledge of software architecture principles, application design, system modeling methods, and software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of system integration, cybersecurity, test management, and modern software development practices.
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working with multiple products or platforms and designing reusable, product-oriented architectures.
Understanding of effective AI applications in software development, architecture, automation, code quality, testing, and engineering workflows.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Software Architect or comparable qualifications are advantageous.
