Responsibilities
- Enhance and support internal and external web-based applications.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, C#, SQL, and Angular.
- Collaborate with technology experts and IT teammates.
- Code, test, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and learn new technologies and languages.
- Participate in standup meetings, sprints, and projects aligned with team goals.
- Attend intern professional, personal, and social development events.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in an IT-related field such as software development or computer science; current junior standing or above is preferred.
- General knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, computer information systems, and Agile practices.
- Knowledge of computers, preferably Microsoft packages, and progressing programming-language skills.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL, and RESTful Web Services.
- Previous software creation and deployment experience through an internship, class project, personal project, research opportunity, or nonprofit work is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn are expected.
- Applicants must be United States citizens because the position requires United States Government security clearance and foreign-national applications are not being accepted or processed.
