Responsibilities
- Design and implement search retrieval algorithms across multiple search engines.
- Enhance existing algorithms for improved efficiency and performance.
- Write technical design documents and participate in design and code reviews.
- Oversee the development and implementation lifecycle of your designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and teams internationally to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Test and monitor systems and codes, providing on-call support as needed.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of search techniques and data structures.
- Practical experience in optimizing algorithm performance.
- Ability to write sophisticated and reliable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language such as JAVA, C++, or Rust.
