Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted WFM domain expert for enterprise customers across APAC.
Develop compelling business cases and support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to align product capabilities with regional needs.
Deliver high-impact solution demonstrations and workshops.
Support regional go-to-market initiatives with WFM technical expertise.
Guide customers through enterprise cloud transformation journeys.
Build strong relationships with customer technical and operational leaders.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through solution mapping.

Expertise in Workforce Management, Workforce Optimization, and Employee Engagement Solutions.
Experience in Cloud Transformation and Digital Adoption.
Minimum of 3 years working in Solution Engineering.
Proficiency in RFI/RFP/RFQ Technical Response and Solution Design.
Strong skills in Executive-Level Presentation and Value Engineering.
Knowledge of AI-Driven Workforce Intelligence and Automation.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with customers.
