Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant agentic architectures.
- Define reusable patterns, components, and frameworks for consistent and efficient AI development.
- Develop and maintain traceability, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.
- Implement guardrails and security measures for safe and compliant AI usage.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical concepts.
- Evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and risks of AI architectures and workflows.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance.
- Proficiency with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and knowledge of API-first development and traditional service-based architectures.
- Experience with traceability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
- Fluency in German and English.
