Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
- Develop and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
- Write and maintain code, scripts, and automation solutions using JavaScript, Python, and JSON.
- Build custom applications and user experiences using Workday Extend.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Explore new technologies and approaches to improve solutions and processes.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Workday in an Integration Consultant capacity.
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or JSON/XML.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, or system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Interest in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and automation.
- Preferred: exposure to Workday or other ERP/HCM platforms.
- Preferred: knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Preferred: experience with application development or integrations through internships, academic projects, hackathons, or personal projects.
- Preferred: familiarity with Git and cloud technologies.
- Workday Integration, Workday Reporting, and Workday knowledge are required skills.
- Workday Integration, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate certifications are desirable.
