Responsibilities
- Create and execute software development plans and update system design plans for AWS cloud environments.
- Develop, troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and maintain full-stack software features supporting end-user requirements.
- Build and enhance data feeds, APIs, AWS Lambda functions, and data-sharing capabilities across the Intelligence Community.
- Build and maintain development and test environments, including cloud architectures and workstation-hosted software.
- Manage system installations, upgrades, configurations, changes, steady-state operations, and maintenance.
- Create unit tests, mitigate code smells and security hotspots, and follow software development best practices.
- Provide technical analysis, design guidance, system status reporting, and team collaboration.
- Lead a team of developers and work with stakeholders to develop software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of specific related experience.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of developers.
- Top Secret clearance with the ability to attain SCI and polygraph requirements; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must obtain Security+, CASP+, A+, CISSP, or a comparable certification within 90 days of starting.
- Experience creating modern web applications for data visualization and developing software in cloud environments.
- Experience with React, preferably with TypeScript, as well as VSCode, Chrome development, AWS IaaS, Java, SQL, C#, HTML, and Hibernate.
- Experience with classified information systems, troubleshooting and debugging software, writing APIs and AWS Lambda functions, and creating unit tests.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, SonarQube, source control management, cross-domain systems, consulting, and customer or business needs.
