Base Salary

$81k - $172k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and support full stack applications, workflows, services, and data pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
  • Develop frontend functionality, backend logic, APIs, workflow features, data transformations, validations, and quality checks.
  • Integrate legacy enterprise systems into Foundry through batch and near-real-time data pipelines.
  • Translate user stories and functional requirements into maintainable technical solutions with guidance from senior developers and architects.
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, defect resolution, code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, security, infrastructure, operations, and peer developers to deliver compliant and reliable solutions.
  • Apply ontology models, governance standards, secure development practices, enterprise architecture standards, and platform development guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or at least 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience developing software with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with full stack development, including frontend development, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases, data transformation logic, systems integration, enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, or application integrations.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and backend/API development using Python or Java.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Code Repositories, Workshop, Operational Applications, or ontology-based development, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software engineering practices, version control, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, CI/CD concepts, cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure automation, secure development, and data governance is preferred.
  • Experience in agile, cross-functional environments and regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or data products is preferred.
