Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and match them to test cases.
- Set up test environments for manual test-case execution.
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and report detected issues and defects.
- Track reported issues and defects and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with team members and test managers.
- Provide technical knowledge, documentation, and training to testing and other business functions.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with test management software such as ALM is advantageous.
- Familiarity with manual and regression testing processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hardware testing for telecommunications or IT networking products is advantageous.
