Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable services in Node / TypeScript.
- Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Model data and ensure its integrity and performance in PostgreSQL.
- Review code, including AI-generated code, for quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues.
- Contribute to the team's standards, tooling, and architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years in backend development with strong Node / TypeScript skills.
- Solid experience in REST API design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Experience building on AWS services like Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3.
- Good understanding of service architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong English communication skills and good testing habits.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile consulting environment.
