Responsibilities
- Design and implement globally available distributed cloud architectures.
- Participate in product strategy, technical design, and UI presentation for new features.
- Develop commerce systems supporting identity, account management, subscriber management, provisioning, billing, payments, offers, support tools, and customer analytics.
- Collaborate with AWS, retail e-commerce, networking, security engineering, software engineering, product management, and UX design teams.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from idea generation and design exploration through implementation and operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
