Base Salary
$180k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship real software and internal tools while documenting the process.
- Deliver working AI workflows in client codebases.
- Design reliable, auditable agent systems with human oversight.
- Quickly ramp into unfamiliar technology stacks.
- Leverage AI coding tools and iterate on systems as they scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end using AI coding tools.
- Ability to turn complex problems into scalable systems.
- Regular use of AI coding tools with deep knowledge of the AI landscape.
- Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong operational discipline managing multiple projects and client workstreams.
