Responsibilities
- Architect, optimize, and support the cloud-based communication ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for NICE CXone.
- Enhance complex existing architectures and improve system performance.
- Drive integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Spearhead adoption of next-generation AI and voice technologies.
- Provide high-level mentorship to engineering teams.
- Lead root-cause resolution for major events across the contact center environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise with NICE CXone and cloud-based communication ecosystems.
- Ability to work with complex existing architectures and enterprise integrations.
- Experience optimizing systems and supporting major technical events.
