Sr Customer Experience AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI systems that deliver real-time customer health data, predictive insights, prioritization, and decision support.
- Build automations and digital touchpoints for onboarding, support, customer engagement, and expansion.
- Integrate customer experiences with Salesforce, support systems, data infrastructure, and related systems.
- Gather ambiguous business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Make technical architecture decisions and collaborate with IT on tooling and data access.
- Deploy, monitor, debug, measure adoption and ROI, iterate from user feedback, and maintain production systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building customer-facing or operational AI/automation systems in the customer experience space.
- Experience shipping products, supporting real users, and maintaining systems in production.
- Ability to work independently across data, APIs, and integration points.
- Track record of translating ambiguous business requirements into clean technical solutions.
- Experience with automation workflows and integration platforms, including build-versus-buy-versus-integrate tradeoffs.
- Experience with customer success platforms or analytics tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or payment processing is preferred but not required.
