Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance software components and ServiceNow ITOM Event Management modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM Event Management with other IT operations tools and platforms.
- Apply event management processes and incident correlation techniques to improve operational outcomes.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain existing components for improved performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, solve work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM Event Management with IT operations tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of event management processes and incident correlation techniques.
- Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow ITOM Event Management modules.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
