Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end web solutions across UI and backend for partner projects.
- Lead and contribute to full-stack development efforts and support technical decision-making.
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive technical solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, customers, and engineers to align on requirements and delivery.
- Plan, estimate, and implement development tasks based on designs and functional requirements.
- Deliver features on time while meeting technical and user expectations.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack.
- Debug and resolve issues to maintain application quality and performance.
- Support structured workflows and clear ownership across the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React.
- Strong Python development experience for backend services.
- Experience with Databricks, including Lakebase, MLflow, and Unity Catalog.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Experience with relational databases and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or equivalents.
- Familiarity with Docker and development automation tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Experience deploying and operating web applications in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Advanced written and spoken English skills.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, customer-focus, collaboration, organization, and learning orientation.
- Additional frontend technologies or frameworks and other backend ecosystems such as Node.js or Java are advantageous.
- Understanding of reactive programming concepts and user-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems are advantageous.
- Interest or experience in ML- or LLM-powered applications is advantageous.
