Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and Kubernetes environments under senior-engineer guidance.
  • Monitor systems and troubleshoot build failures, deployment errors, and containerized application issues.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for developer infrastructure tickets and perform basic troubleshooting of CI servers and operating systems in containers.
  • Use Infrastructure as Code practices to run automated workflows and execute deployments in Microsoft Azure.
  • Apply approved security patches to container images and perform system-hardening maintenance.
  • Participate in technical projects, code reviews, and communication of changes, plans, and risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude and willingness to work with new technologies under supervision.
  • Have a basic understanding of DevOps methodologies, systems engineering, and CI/CD processes.
  • Understand containerization and orchestration, including Kubernetes pods, services, and ingresses.
  • Have fundamental cloud-computing knowledge; Microsoft Azure knowledge is advantageous.
  • Have basic Linux experience, especially within containers, and general troubleshooting skills.
  • Understand Infrastructure as Code principles and communicate technical problems and solutions clearly.
