Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, integration, data conversion, and migration activities.
- Design and develop custom code enhancements according to technical standards and best practices.
- Plan and execute testing and quality assurance, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and ensure solutions align with business requirements, architecture, performance, and scalability goals.
- Run discovery and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing technical architectures for Salesforce.com solutions.
- Experience configuring and integrating Salesforce.com, including data conversion and testing.
- Experience designing and developing custom code enhancements for Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading technical solution design and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud discovery and implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce data conversion and migration processes.
- Experience applying Salesforce best practices and technical standards.
