Base Salary
$169k - $305k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide cross-team architectural oversight and strategic guidance for cloud-native initiatives.
- Act as the technical authority for cloud-native architecture, alignment, standardization, and technical excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate cloud-native technologies across product teams and core platform infrastructure.
- Define technical strategy enabling teams to deploy and operate cloud-native services efficiently.
- Help scale and improve the performance, security, and capabilities of the managed Kubernetes product.
- Integrate open-source technologies to deliver simple-to-use managed services.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote innovation, collaboration, and shared technical standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience building and scaling managed services and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Expertise with container runtimes such as Docker and container orchestration.
- Mastery of Go, Python, or Bash.
- Ability to advocate for diverse opinions and sustain an exceptional work environment.
