Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software components and Android applications.
- Identify and resolve software defects using code reviews, log analysis, metrics examination, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement maintainable, scalable software and contribute to system architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and launch customer-centric software.
- Improve testability, operational excellence, and documentation for owned components.
- Manage data classification, storage, and handling according to company policies.
- Participate in interviews and mentor fellow engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
