Base Salary
$221k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create user experiences powered by Gemini models.
- Develop infrastructure supporting advanced training and evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with UX, UXR, and product management to prioritize user journeys and incorporate them into software design.
- Participate in design and code reviews with engineering peers and stakeholders.
- Drive the team’s short-term technical vision and roadmap while planning for future infrastructure needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a master’s degree in one of these fields plus 3 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with C++ software development and Python for machine learning.
- At least 3 years of experience productionizing large language and multimodal models or developing ML infrastructure for model deployment, evaluation, and optimization.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and refining user interface code with modern UI toolkits such as React, Angular, Flutter, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience performing root cause analysis to debug software and ML systems.
