Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core C++ functionality for remote access, support, and control products across Windows and WebAssembly.
- Build AI-powered diagnostics, remediation workflows, and secure endpoint action capabilities.
- Design APIs, permissions, and auditing mechanisms that enable AI agents to interact safely with live sessions.
- Ensure performance, reliability, security, and code quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive architectural improvements and collaborate with product and engineering teams on scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional C++ development experience, including modern C++ and asynchronous programming.
- Strong expertise in one or more of Windows internals, networking, distributed systems, or security-focused development.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating generated code through testing and code review.
- Understanding of permissions, auditing, and secure execution of automated actions on customer systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
