Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core C++ functionality for remote access, support, and control products across Windows and WebAssembly.
Build AI-powered diagnostics, remediation workflows, and secure endpoint action capabilities.
Design APIs, permissions, and auditing mechanisms that enable AI agents to interact safely with live sessions.
Ensure performance, reliability, security, and code quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
Drive architectural improvements and collaborate with product and engineering teams on scalable solutions.

At least 5 years of professional C++ development experience, including modern C++ and asynchronous programming.
Strong expertise in one or more of Windows internals, networking, distributed systems, or security-focused development.
Experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating generated code through testing and code review.
Understanding of permissions, auditing, and secure execution of automated actions on customer systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
