Responsibilities

Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology.
Identify the value of location within customer workflows to drive substantial return on investment.
Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions, and prepare implementation and migration strategies.
Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in customer organizations.
Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align technical objectives with Esri's technology.

5+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
Experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions on the ArcGIS platform.
Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping and spatial analysis.
Ability to craft and propose solutions that clarify GIS business value.
Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, GIS, or a related field.
