Responsibilities
- Design and oversee enterprise-wide software architecture across internal platforms, cloud environments, and partner ecosystems.
- Define architectural frameworks, development standards, technology choices, workflows, and coding practices.
- Lead cloud migration, hybrid architecture, SaaS modernization, monolith-to-microservices transformation, and AI and data platform integration.
- Establish architecture governance, technical design authority processes, security and compliance practices, and technical risk mitigation.
- Develop end-to-end solution designs, architectural artifacts, integration strategies, and interoperability patterns.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and architectural leadership to architects and senior engineering leaders.
- Lead AWS modernization using serverless services, managed databases, and API Gateway while optimizing security, performance, and cost.
- Enable responsible use of AI and GenAI across the software development lifecycle and take technical ownership of AI product solutions.
- Support RFI and RFP responses and proofs of concept with scalable, secure technical propositions.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, regulatory groups, and technical consortiums.
Requirements
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, C#, SQL, MVC, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience designing maintainable and testable software systems and headless APIs.
- Knowledge of event-driven and service-oriented architectures and secure distributed-system integration.
- Experience with AWS-native architectures, CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, and infrastructure and deployment optimization.
- Practical use of GenAI to accelerate development while maintaining quality, security, and governance standards.
- Applied knowledge of OWASP Top 10, WCAG, OAuth2, MFA, and secure identity patterns.
- Proficiency with unit testing frameworks and governance or execution of SAST, DAST, SCA, and penetration testing processes.
- Ability to lead enterprise architecture governance, complex technology transformations, and strategic decision-making.
- Experience mentoring architects and senior engineering leaders and representing an organization in external technical or industry forums.
