Responsibilities
- Lead the design, construction, configuration, planning, and execution of custom software application projects.
- Develop conceptual, logical, physical, canonical, and entity-relationship data models and apply metadata standards.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals and delivery expectations.
- Support data integration and transformation processes for application development.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with engineering teams to improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and data architecture best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, and Microsoft Azure Analytics Services is preferred.
