Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust APIs.
- Make architectural decisions and help define the roadmap for next-generation Ordering systems.
- Partner with Product, Account Management, and engineering teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Contribute to the next-generation Ordering product while supporting the current iPad solution.
- Enforce testing and release best practices to maintain system reliability.
- Drive projects through the full development lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
- Participate in team ceremonies, engineering swarms, and timely, constructive code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Ability to learn and master new technologies for evolving platform needs.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently through the full development lifecycle.
- Readiness to mentor junior engineers.
- Curiosity about complex systems, business domains, and cross-team dependencies.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Agile software delivery, AI-powered development tools, TypeScript, and cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
