Responsibilities

Build and operate security platforms as code.
Create reusable platform capabilities that reduce operational complexity.
Automate identity, secrets, and trust workflows.
Define and evolve secrets, identity, and workload authentication patterns across the organization.
Develop custom integrations, tooling, and Vault extensions where they provide operational value.
Debug production issues across infrastructure, applications, and platforms.
Help engineering teams adopt secure patterns without slowing delivery.
Reduce operational toil through automation, platform engineering, and standardized security patterns.
Own the production outcomes of systems built and help shape the evolution of security, identity, and trust capabilities.

5+ years of experience in security engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, identity and access management, or a related technical discipline.
Strong engineering judgment and systems thinking.
Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a pragmatic approach to balancing security, usability, and delivery.
Ability to automate repetitive work, reduce manual processes, understand system behavior, and solve root causes.
Comfort working across infrastructure, applications, security, and people.
Experience or interest in Vault, Terraform, Python, Go, Bash, Kubernetes, AWS, OIDC/JWT, SailPoint, PrivX, and CyberArk.
Ability to learn unfamiliar tools quickly.
