Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of product features across web applications and AI-driven workflows.
- Execute regression, exploratory, functional, acceptance, and sanity testing before releases.
- Validate complex teacher and student workflows, including AI-generated outputs and interactive experiences.
- Write clear, detailed, reproducible bug reports with reproduction steps, logs, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with engineers to debug issues and verify fixes.
- Identify edge cases, usability issues, quality risks, and product behavior concerns.
- Help prioritize testing based on product impact and risk.
- Contribute to QA documentation, testing checklists, release readiness, and post-release validation.
Requirements
- Require 2+ years of experience in manual software testing or quality assurance.
- Require experience with QA processes, UI/UX testing, manual regression testing, exploratory testing, and functional testing for web and mobile products.
- Require experience testing web applications and user-facing products.
- Require clear and actionable bug-reporting skills and the ability to work with engineers to reproduce issues.
- Require strong debugging, attention to detail, product intuition, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Prefer experience testing AI or LLM-powered products.
- Prefer experience testing workflows involving APIs, backend systems, data pipelines, distributed systems, or modern web stacks.
- Prefer familiarity with browser developer tools, logs, and network inspection.
