Responsibilities
- Own production reliability, availability, and performance while defining and improving SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, monitoring, and proactive stability improvements.
- Operate Windows Server environments, support Linux-based applications, manage BizTalk applications, and provision product infrastructure.
- Automate operational and reliability tasks and maintain DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve observability, release reliability, and operational readiness.
- Contribute to the AWS migration and apply SRE practices to improve resilience and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or infrastructure engineer with a strong SRE mindset.
- Solid experience managing Windows Server environments and strong knowledge of SQL Server operations.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Shell, or Python.
- Strong automation and DevOps skills, including monitoring, alerting, observability, troubleshooting, incident response, and production support.
- Comfort working in English in an international environment and the ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively.
- Experience with Citrix, BizTalk production operations, AWS services, error budgets, capacity planning, or reliability reviews is preferred.
