Responsibilities
- Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP for scalability, stability, and performance.
- Design and manage data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams.
- Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies for profile stitching and audience qualification.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and deploy tagging solutions, CJA Data Connections, and CJA Data Views.
- Monitor and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies across AEP, Analytics, CJA B2B, and downstream systems.
- Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks.
- Define and enforce event-driven data layer standards using ACDL and EDDL.
- Enable audience segmentation and activation and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics.
- Implement consent and privacy frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA integrations with OneTrust.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support documentation, governance, and team enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, AEP Data Collection/Adobe Launch, and Adobe Web SDK.
- Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP and Customer Journey Analytics solutions.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation.
- Experience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking.
- Deep understanding of data layer architecture and governance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to incorporate security and data privacy safeguards for sensitive, confidential, and regulated information.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related STEM field.
- Preferred experience includes Adobe Edge Network, Server-Side Event Forwarding, identity resolution, profile stitching, Adobe Analytics constructs, downstream destinations and APIs, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Marketo Engage, multi-region implementations, Python automation, GTM, Tealium, and enterprise-scale MarTech ecosystems.
