- Support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of vehicle-related penetration tests at ECU and vehicle level.
- Conduct security tests on automotive ECUs and vehicle networks including CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
- Help develop and enhance AI-based penetration-testing tools and automated security tests.
- Support automated vulnerability analysis and AI-assisted penetration testing.
- Build security-test environments and continuously improve existing setups.
Requirements
- Currently study computer science, cybersecurity, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical subject.
- Have basic knowledge of IT security, cybersecurity, or embedded systems.
- Have programming skills, ideally in Python, and initial experience with Linux and Git.
- Show interest in automotive security, embedded systems, ECUs, communication protocols, and vehicle networks.
- Interest in penetration testing, security automation, and AI-based security approaches is preferred.
- Very good German and English language skills are required.
