Base Salary
$126k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development for large-scale efforts and multiple software projects.
- Provide architectural guidance, design reviews, code reviews, and design patterns for Agile, Plan of Record, and Next Gen Architecture projects.
- Guide teams on efficient, scalable systems and broader technical and architectural decisions.
- Assess and communicate technical, business, delivery, and schedule risks to stakeholders.
- Coordinate dependencies across Agile and waterfall delivery efforts and remove blockers.
- Mentor and coach software development engineers and their teams.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, metrics, code quality, testing, performance, and build-processing practices.
- Collaborate with technical program managers, engineering managers, business stakeholders, and design review boards.
- Develop long-term technology strategies and support adoption of new technologies.
- Promote compliance with applicable laws, policies, controls, and sound ethical business practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in application development or senior-level enterprise architecture experience.
- Subject-matter expertise in one or more technology areas and broad understanding of technology patterns and techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, PCF, and Akamai.
- Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
- Knowledge of AWS PWS and Next Gen Architecture technology.
- Experience automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing.
- Ability to lead resources, serve as a functional subject-matter expert, architect solutions, and influence adoption across the company.
- Strong communication, risk assessment, stakeholder management, mentoring, and independent decision-making skills.

- Base salary range of $125,600.00–$188,400.00, with eligible discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
