Responsibilities

Customize and extend the Front Arena platform to deliver new risk and valuation capabilities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy functionality integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems.
Own critical services and ensure high availability and minimal production downtime.
Lead integrations between Front Arena and upstream and downstream pricing, market-data, and risk-engine systems.
Analyze root causes and resolve complex production incidents.
Conduct code reviews and implement improvements to performance, scalability, and operational resilience.
Contribute to change and release management within an agile SAFe delivery framework.
Maintain ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with applicable regulations.

10+ years of experience in Front Arena roles supporting trading, mid-office, valuation, and risk.
8+ years of hands-on Front Arena development using AEL, ACM, and ADFL, all three required.
Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives.
In-depth knowledge of financial-product lifecycles, including cash flows, corporate actions, and expiries.
Practical experience with Front Arena data models, workflows, and component interactions.
Experience working in agile teams using tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, dynamic prioritization, and the ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work on Swiss/Zurich public holidays when foreign markets are open.
