Responsibilities
- Improve developer experience and reduce technical overhead for engineering squads and pods.
- Prototype and deploy tools and standards that improve cross-team productivity.
- Build CLI tools, libraries, infrastructure-as-code, workflows, and other reusable platform capabilities.
- Support technical teams and help drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Create documentation and recommendations for building cloud-native solutions.
- Advocate for and promote platform solutions across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience working with cloud providers.
- Good understanding of JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Knowledge of building libraries and tools.
- Knowledge of complex API systems, including networking, redundancy, security, and logging concerns.
- Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Six or more years of experience is requested, though candidates with the relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- No diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
- Experience in an innovative environment is expected; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
