Responsibilities
- Improve developer experience and reduce technical overhead for squads and pods.
- Prototype and deploy tools and standards that improve engineering practices.
- Build CLI tools, libraries, Infrastructure as Code, and workflows across a large environment.
- Support technical teams and help drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Create documentation and recommendations for building cloud-native solutions.
- Advocate for the platform solutions that are built.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience is requested, though candidates with the relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with cloud providers and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Good understanding of JavaScript and Node.js.
- Knowledge of building libraries and tools and of complex API systems involving networking, redundancy, security, and logging.
- Strong English communication skills for working with an international team.
- Experience working across multiple teams and strong problem-solving, initiative, communication, and collaboration skills.
- No diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of transversal activities such as security, optimization, and process are pluses.
