Base Salary
$197k - $296k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the GI product line from scratch.
- Build partnerships with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
- Lead the technical roadmap development for the GI product line.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for the product.
- Build a minimum lovable product (MLP) that delivers health improvements.
- Mentor engineers on best practices and code quality.
- Create engineering best practices for CI/CD and automated testing.
- Launch the new product and iterate based on member feedback.
- Drive cross-team initiatives to enhance the user journey.
- Raise engineering standards and scale team impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of practical software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on React Native experience.
- Experience with TypeScript/Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS services is preferred.
- Proficiency in running experiments to drive product decisions.
- Ability to mentor and grow other engineers.
- Experience in developing consumer-facing applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations is a plus.
