Responsibilities
- Automate manual operational work using scripting or programming languages.
- Use monitoring and observability tooling to support production reliability.
- Participate in incident response and on-call or shift-based operations.
- Apply SLI/SLO concepts and reliability engineering fundamentals.
- Work follow-the-sun shift rotations and conduct structured handoffs with teams in other regions.
- Collaborate across regions through strong written and verbal English communication.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or production operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider, with AWS preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, Bash, or Go, with demonstrated automation experience.
- Experience participating in incident response and on-call or shift-based operations.
- Understanding of SLI/SLO concepts and reliability engineering fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for cross-region collaboration.
