Responsibilities
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards for system health and business processes.
- Provide expert L3 troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through configuration tuning and load testing.
- Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across applications and their environments.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance, and ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR audit readiness.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and support first- and second-level support teams with deep technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience implementing and managing dashboards and alerting frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
- Experience working in AWS cloud-native environments, with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with business continuity, disaster recovery, and load or performance testing.
- Ability to investigate root causes and develop sustainable operational solutions.
- Collaborative approach to bridging technical teams and stakeholders.
