Responsibilities

  • Elaborate software specifications and architecture in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Perform high-level software architecture and design.
  • Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using C#, .NET Core, and microservices architecture.
  • Set up the software development toolchain and define build and deployment designs for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prepare and perform software module tests and verifications before formal V&V validation.
  • Manage software work products under configuration management and maintain requirements traceability.
  • Support software/hardware integration with hardware designers.
  • Ensure software sustainability, technological advancement, quality, and consistency throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Define and manage API designs, including security and documentation.
  • Support cloud-native design, scalability, resilience, cost optimization, monitoring, and observability.
  • Automate routine tasks and contribute reusable solutions, reference libraries, and process improvements.
  • Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech degree or equivalent.
  • 15 to 20 years of software design and development experience.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with design and deployment methodologies such as V-cycle, SysML, and requirement management.
  • Proficiency in API design and management, including OAuth2, JWT, MTLS, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including cluster architecture, security, and observability.
  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and Terraform automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native design, preferably Azure, including scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, innovation, and reusable-solution development skills.
  • Experience with European customers is preferred but not mandatory.
