Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Commerce.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
- Define architectures for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
- Lead and mentor functional and technical consultants.
- Serve as a primary contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions and support pre-sales with solution design and effort estimates.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Develop reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more of D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commerce.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies such as Logic Apps and Service Bus.
- Experience with data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
- Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A second working language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is ideal.
- Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate certification in Finance or Supply Chain is ideal.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications are ideal.
