Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide production support for the OPCAP application, including customer questions, troubleshooting, ad hoc reporting, and service-account inbox monitoring.
- Implement new features and defect fixes in the Power Apps Canvas application and Power Automate workflows.
- Develop scheduled, triggered, child, and Power Apps-invoked workflows while addressing Power Apps delegation limits.
- Maintain Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, formula columns, and views, using Fetch XML as needed.
- Develop Power BI reports, DAX measures and custom columns, Power Query summary tables, and data-mining and annual-report visuals.
- Test updates in development and test environments and deploy managed OPCAP solutions to test and production.
- Manage the backlog, add customer requests, review level of effort, communicate with customers, and create monthly status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Canvas apps.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to meet contract eligibility requirements.
Benefits
- Salary range is $90,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience.
- The position includes continued development and support of a production federal-agency application.
